How are these products made?
All Grounded Botanicals products are handcrafted by Dr. Dana Mockenhaupt, NMD, and her carefully trained staff in small batches. Each formula is made with care, using high-quality herbs and traditional methods to support potency, purity, and a meaningful connection to nature.
Do you ship?
Yes, we currently ship US and Internationally (some exceptions apply). Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Local pickup is also available at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
How do I know which product is right for me?
Each formula has a description that explains how it supports the body. You can also use our system icons which show the main body systems each product supports. If you want more personalized guidance, Dr. Dana offers consultations through Inspire Natural Medicine.
Where do you source your herbs?
We prioritize locally sourced, organic, and wildcrafted herbs from the Pacific Northwest whenever possible. Every ingredient is chosen with intention and sustainability in mind.

Ahh, my favorite apothecary I've ever walked in! I cannot leave the building without going to check out the blends. There's seasonal blends, fan favorites that tend to always be there, cleaning sprays, sole water, and even first aid... a bit of something for EVERY ONE!! Everything is made by hand and is infused with so much love, the body feels it immediately. There's little pamphlets informing you what it's meant to do.. I seriously cannot say enough things about how cool of a space Grounded Botanicals is!
The minute I walked in the door, Dr. Dana brought so much peace to me. I was dealing with a doctor trying to give me a prescription that caused me to feel so sick. She explained to me what’s the differences between a prescription in western medicine is to a natural medicine product!
